A complicating detail. Now suppose Jupiter, still in that same dignified placement, is also slow in its motion — nearing a station, about to turn retrograde in the coming days. This doesn't undo the earlier testimony of approval, but it does add a layer worth naming: expect the process to move slower than the querent would like, possibly with an administrative delay right around the time a decision was expected. The approval is coming, but patience will be required before the treasury actually opens.
Where it might have gone differently. Change the placement to a square from a weakened Lord 11 — its detriment, say — and the story flips: money is there, but the release of it will come only through difficulty, likely delayed, and probably smaller than hoped. And if Lord 11 sat within the 11th house itself but in a fixed sign, holding tightly to its own placement, that's a different warning still — worth remembering from the parallel case of a debtor's money in the eighth house: sometimes a resource clearly exists, dignified and present, and simply isn't moving toward the querent at all, fixed sign holding it firmly in place.
Reading it together. The full picture here isn't a flat yes. It's: the approval is real and the terms are generous, but don't expect the money to arrive quickly — plan around the delay rather than being caught off guard by it.

The eleventh house keeps returning to one underlying shape: reward that arrives from above, with comparatively little contest involved, whether that reward takes the form of a wage, a grant, a windfall, or the loyalty of a genuine friend.
