Not a substitute for professional advice

Stated Plainly, Before You Pay

Refund Policy

A reading, once delivered, is finished work — the same way a finished consultation with any practitioner would be. That's the general rule. But "generally non-refundable" isn't the same as "no exceptions," and this page says exactly where the exceptions actually are.

Last Updated: August 2, 2026

A Refund Is Considered

  • Your submitted chart wasn't radical enough to judge, and wasn't disclosed to you as such before or alongside delivery
  • A reading wasn't delivered within the stated turnaround window
  • You were charged twice, or a billing error occurred
  • A technical error on my end prevented you from accessing something you paid for

Generally Not Refundable

  • A reading that was delivered on time, judged from a radical chart, and simply wasn't the answer you hoped for
  • Course material once it's been accessed
  • A subscription period after it's already begun
  • Rush fees, once the reading has moved into the priority queue

1. Why the Policy Works This Way

Many people assume a digital reading should be refundable the same way a physical product is — try it, return it if you don't like it. But a reading isn't a product sitting on a shelf. It's work: your question analyzed, the right significators identified, the chart judged, a verdict written specifically for you. Once that's done, it's done, the same way an hour with any practitioner would be considered complete once given.

That's why delivered readings, accessed course material, and active subscription periods are treated as fulfilled rather than returnable. What follows in this page is where that general rule has real, honest exceptions — not a way of avoiding them.

2. Readings

Once a reading has been delivered to your email, it's considered fulfilled and is non-refundable — with one specific exception tied directly to the method itself.

2.1 When the chart isn't radical

In traditional horary practice, a chart has to meet certain conditions — radicality — before it can be judged reliably at all. If your submission doesn't meet those conditions, you're told plainly and given the choice to rephrase the question or receive a refund for that submission specifically, rather than being handed a forced or unreliable answer. This is stated on the booking page itself, and it's a real commitment, not a footnote.

2.2 When it's simply not the answer you wanted

A reading delivered on time, judged from a chart that was radical, is considered complete — even if the verdict wasn't what you hoped to hear. Horary exists specifically to give an honest answer to a real question, and an honest answer is sometimes "no." That outcome isn't grounds for a refund; it's the method working as intended.

2.3 When it isn't delivered in time

Standard readings are typically completed within 2–6 hours; rush readings within 2. If a reading falls meaningfully outside that window without being flagged to you as an unusual case, contact me and I'll review it.

3. Subscriptions

A subscription is billed for continued access, not for a single deliverable. Once a billing period has begun, that period's fee is not refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, not retroactively.

4. Courses

Once course material has been accessed, it's treated the same way a delivered reading is — fulfilled, and non-refundable. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing material you paid for, that's covered under Section 5 below.

5. Technical Errors and Billing Issues

Regardless of what was purchased, a refund is considered where:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • A payment was taken but the service — reading, subscription, or course access — was never actually delivered due to a technical fault on my end
  • A genuine billing error occurred

These are reviewed case by case, honestly, rather than against a rigid script.

6. Payment Method Notes

Refunds are returned through the same method you paid with, where the processor allows it.

  • Flutterwave and PayPal / card refunds are processed back through those platforms directly.
  • USDT refunds are sent back to the wallet address the original payment came from. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed, please double-check your wallet address when paying — a refund can only go to an address I can identify as yours.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email: [email protected]

Include, so I can actually review it quickly:

  1. Your order or booking details
  2. The payment method used
  3. What happened, in your own words

I typically respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.

For an undelivered service specifically, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase so I can look into it while it's still fresh.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy that aren't a refund request itself can go to the same address above — I read everything that comes in personally.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a reading, subscription, or course through OracleSanctum, you're confirming you've read this policy and understand that delivered work is generally final — with the specific, honest exceptions described above.
