Refund Policy
A human reading or AI token judgment, once generated, is finished computational or analytical work. That's the general rule. But "generally non-refundable" isn't the same as "no exceptions," and this page says exactly where the exceptions actually are.
Last Updated: September 16, 2026A Refund Is Considered
- Unused tokens from eligible packages (15 tokens for $8 or 30 tokens for $12), calculated minus used tokens
- Your submitted chart wasn't radical enough to judge, and wasn't disclosed to you as such before or alongside delivery
- A human reading wasn't delivered within the stated turnaround window
- You were charged twice, or a billing error occurred
- A technical error on my end prevented you from generating an AI Judgment or accessing paid material
Generally Not Refundable
- Small token packages ($1 for 1 token or $3 for 5 tokens)
- AI Judgments or tokens that have already been consumed/generated
- A reading or AI judgment delivered on time that simply wasn't the answer you hoped for
- Course material once it's been accessed
- A subscription period after it's already begun
1. Why the Policy Works This Way
Many people assume digital readings and tokens should be refundable the same way a physical product is — try it, return it if you don't like it. But a reading or AI Judgment isn't a product sitting on a shelf. It's work and computing resource: your question analyzed, significators identified, chart judged, and a verdict generated for you. Once generated, it's done.
That's why delivered readings, consumed AI tokens, accessed course material, and active subscription periods are treated as fulfilled rather than returnable. What follows in this page is where that general rule has real, honest exceptions — particularly regarding larger token packages.
2. AI Judgement Tokens
AI Judgement tokens are used to generate automated, rule-based chart interpretations (1 token = 1 AI Judgement). Tokens are sold in the following tiers:
- $1.00: 1 Token (1 AI Judgement) — Non-refundable
- $3.00: 5 Tokens (5 AI Judgements) — Non-refundable
- $8.00: 15 Tokens (15 AI Judgements) — Eligible for Partial Refund
- $12.00: 30 Tokens (30 AI Judgements) — Eligible for Partial Refund
2.1 Refund Eligibility for Tokens
Refund requests for tokens are strictly limited to the 15 Token ($8) and 30 Token ($12) packages. Single ($1) and small bundle ($3) packages are non-refundable once purchased.
2.2 How Token Refund Calculation Works
If you request a refund for an eligible package, any tokens you have already consumed to generate AI Judgements will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining value of your unused tokens will be refunded to your original payment method. Tokens already consumed cannot be refunded.
3. Human Readings
Once a personal reading has been delivered to your email, it's considered fulfilled and is non-refundable — with specific exceptions tied directly to radicality and turnaround windows.
3.1 When the chart isn't radical
In traditional horary practice, a chart has to meet certain conditions — radicality — before it can be judged reliably at all. If your submission doesn't meet those conditions, you're told plainly and given the choice to rephrase the question or receive a refund for that submission specifically.
3.2 When it's simply not the answer you wanted
A reading or AI Judgment delivered on time, judged from a chart that was radical, is considered complete — even if the verdict wasn't what you hoped to hear. Horary exists specifically to give an honest answer to a real question. That outcome isn't grounds for a refund; it's the method working as intended.
3.3 Turnaround windows
Standard human readings are typically completed within 2–6 hours; rush readings within 2. If a reading falls0 meaningfully outside that window without prior notice, reach out for review.
4. Subscriptions & Courses
Subscriptions: Billed for continued access to platform tools. Once a billing period begins, that fee is non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to prevent future billing cycles.
Courses: Once course material has been accessed, it is treated as fulfilled and non-refundable.
5. Technical Errors and Billing Issues
Regardless of what was purchased, a refund is considered where:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- A payment was taken but tokens, subscription access, or readings were not credited due to a system error on my end
- A genuine billing error occurred
These are reviewed case by case, honestly, rather than against a rigid script.
6. Payment Method Notes
Refunds are returned through the same method you paid with, where the processor allows it.
- Flutterwave and PayPal / card refunds are processed back through those platforms directly.
- USDT refunds are sent back to the wallet address the original payment came from. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed, please double-check your wallet address when paying — a refund can only go to an address I can identify as yours.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email: [email protected]
Include, so I can actually review it quickly:
- Your order details or account email
- The payment method used
- For token refunds: number of unused tokens remaining
- What happened, in your own words
I typically respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.
