Privacy Policy

1. Who Is Collecting This

OracleSanctum is run by one person — there's no company entity and no data-processing team behind this policy. When this page refers to "we," it means the same practitioner described on the About page. I think that distinction matters, because it changes what you should expect: your information isn't moving through departments, it's sitting in the systems I use directly to run the site.

2. Information You Provide

Depending on what you use the site for, you may give me:

• Your question and any chart image — when booking a reading, submitted through the booking form.
• Name and email address — needed to deliver a reading, manage a subscription, or respond if you contact me directly.
• Payment confirmation details — handled by Flutterwave, PayPal, or the blockchain itself for USDT payments. I do not see or store your card number or wallet's private keys; see Section 5 for how each method actually works.
• Course account information — if you enroll in a structured course, basic account details needed to give you access.

The free horary and geomancy chart calculators do not require any of this. You can cast a chart, read the dignities, and study the method without ever giving me your name.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, OracleSanctum automatically collects some basic technical information:

• IP address and browser type
• Device and operating system
• Pages visited and general time spent on the site
• Referring site, if you arrived from a link elsewhere

This is used to keep the site secure, understand which tools and articles people actually find useful, and fix what isn't working. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you today — see Section 7 for the honest caveat on that.

4. How I Use Your Information

• To deliver the service — casting your chart, writing your verdict, sending it by email, giving you subscription or course access.
• To respond to you — if you email a question, a refund request, or feedback.
• To improve the site — understanding usage patterns well enough to make the tools and readings better over time.
• To keep things secure — monitoring for misuse of the booking system or the free tools.
• To meet legal obligations — where applicable law requires it.

5. Payment Processing

I do not build or run my own payment infrastructure — I use established, external processors so that your payment details never sit on my own servers:

• Flutterwave and PayPal / card handle the actual transaction. I receive confirmation that a payment was made, not your full card details.
• USDT payments are sent directly to a wallet address across the supported EVM networks. Blockchain transactions are, by nature, publicly viewable on their respective networks — that's true of any crypto payment anywhere, not something specific to this site.

Each processor has its own privacy practices governing the payment step itself, separate from this policy.

6. Information Sharing

I do not sell your data. That's not a compliance line — it was never part of how this site was built to make money in the first place.

I share information only in these limited cases:

• With the payment processors above, only as needed to complete a transaction
• With service providers that keep the site technically running (hosting, email delivery), bound to keep what they see confidential
• If required by law, or to protect the security of the site and its users

7. Advertising Not Currently Active

OracleSanctum does not run any advertising today. I'm stating plainly here what I'm actually considering, rather than staying silent and adding it quietly later: I may introduce advertising from a network such as Google AdSense or Ezoic in the future, shown only to visitors who are not logged in and not subscribers.

If that changes, subscribers will not see ads — that distinction is intentional, not a loophole. Ad networks that are eventually added would use their own cookies to serve and measure ads, governed by their own privacy practices in addition to this one. The Cookie Policy will be updated the day this becomes real, with the specific network named plainly, not described vaguely after the fact.

The site uses a small number of cookies to function properly — the details are on the dedicated Cookie Policy page rather than repeated here.

9. Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share — but I'll say what every honest privacy policy should say and rarely does plainly: no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and I can't guarantee absolute protection. What I can promise is that I'm not careless with it, and I don't hand it to anyone beyond what's described above.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Opt out of any marketing email
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email me directly — there's no automated system standing between you and an answer.

11. Children's Privacy

OracleSanctum is not intended for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information here, please contact me and I'll remove it.

12. International Visitors

If you're accessing the site from outside the country where it's hosted, your information may be transferred to and processed in that country. Using the site means you consent to that transfer.

13. Changes to This Policy

I'll update this page as the site actually changes — most notably, the day advertising moves from "considered" to "active." Material changes will be posted here with a new date rather than folded in silently.
