Refunds & Digital Products
Subscriptions and readings on OracleSanctum are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, and as such are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or a reading has been delivered.
If you believe you were charged in error, were billed incorrectly, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving what you paid for, contact us at [email protected] and we'll review it. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
